BOOKING CANCELLED 30 DAYS AND ABOVE 75% REFUND OR ADJUST IN FUTURE BOOKING.
BOOKING CANCELLED 15 DAYS TO 30 DAYS OF CHECKIN 25% REFUND OR ADJUST IN FUTURE BOOKING.
BOOKING CANCELLED 7 DAYS TO 15 DAYS OF CHECKIN NO REFUND BUT ADJUSTMENT IN FUTURE BOOKING.
BOOKING CANCELLED LESS THAN 7 DAYS OF CHECKIN NO ADVANCE REFUND NO ADJUSTMENT & 100 % RETENTION WILL BE CHARGE.
In case of peak season - weekends or extended weekends (Holi, Diwali, X'Mas & New Year,Good Friday,etc) hotel bookings separate cancellation policy is applicable. Depends on hotels.The charges mentioned for hotels and safari in our website might be different on extended weekend & public holidays.

If Guest has done the payment to us through payment gateway and later need refund it will take 10 - 15 working days to get refund in his account
To get the refund you need to provide us your bank details or your payment mode through which you want refund.
If Guest has done bank transfer or paid Via UPI Like Goolge Pay/ Paytm/Phone Pe etc. Amount will refund with in 3 Working Days.
We can refund through UPI Payment mode / Bank Transfer / Transfer To Your Credit Card .
