Since that time, a day has been set aside every year to honour the "tiger," a member of the Big Cat family, in order to raise awareness of the issue and advance the cause. According to the most recent data, India will be home to about 75% of the world's total tiger populations by 2023, which is unquestionably an indication that the idea behind the ‘International Tiger Day’ is progressing well and in the right direction.
